Monday:
Arrival at the port of Kamares
Transfer to "sifneika konakia"
Settle in double rooms
17.00 introduction to the program
18.00 – 21.00 tour by bus to interesting and important sites of the island
21.30 dinner
Tuesday:
Breakfast from 08.00
11.00 – 15.00 cooking lesson – lunch (with the dishes we have cooked)
15.00 – 18.00 free time
18.00 – 20.30 visit to the ancient Acropolis of Agios Andreas
Wednesday:
Breakfast from 08.00
09.00 – 13.00 trekking through the protected area "NATURA 2000" (ends up to Vathi beach)
13.00 – 17.30 free time
17.30 – 21.00 cooking lesson – dinner (with the dishes we have cooked)
Thursday:
Breakfast from 08.00
09.00 – 12.30 trekking to Agios Sostis coast where the ancient gold mines used to be
12.30-15.30 free time
15.30-17.30 lunch (fish dishes at "Leonidas" tavern at Kastro)
Friday:
Breakfast from 08.00
11.00-15.00 cooking lesson – lunch (with the dishes we have cooked)
15.00-18.00 free time
18.00-21.00 visit to traditional pottery workshops
Saturday:
Breakfast from 08.00
10.00-12.00 visit to a traditional cheese - maker
12.00-17.30 free time
17.30-21.30 cooking lesson – dinner (with the dishes we have cooked)
preparation of Sunday’s traditional chick-pea soup in an oven with open fire
Cycladic music by local musicians
